New construction and renovation selections and documentation
Select is for clients building or renovating a home and need assistance with the myriad of decisions that are essential to the style and value of a home. I take you through the often overwhelming selection process beginning with a blue print review and style evaluation. We then visit the appropriate showrooms where products are carefully reviewed and selected. Services also include the preparation of professional selections schedules, providing your builder with accurate documentation of your choices.

Complete interior design services
Luxe offer the ultimate in comprehensive, turn key interior design services. Collaborating together we create an individual plan for your home that is then fully executed by my Charleston based design firm. With access to exclusive trade sources, your home will reflect your personal design aesthetic within the established budget. My Luxe service is comprised of a design fee in conjunction with a furnishings procurement allocation.
